Direct-replacement 80-litre tank for Gen 4 3-door or 5-door, replacing the standard 40-litre tank without permanent chassis modification. Baffled 2mm Zintex steel with an epoxy powder-coated exterior and replaceable 12mm UHMW underside slider. Dry weight: 34kg. Approximate dimensions: 865 × 790 × 360mm. Includes rollover valve, fast-fill breather/carbon-canister connection, drain plug, longer fuel-float arm and replacement exhaust mid-section. The gauge operates full to empty, but distance-to-empty remains calibrated for the original 40-litre capacity and will not show the full range accurately.
