Returns
Returns on any of the Jimny Wild products can be processed within 30 days of date of purchase.
In order to return any item that you have purchase the product needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Jimny Wild, 9 Voyager Streeet. Linbro Business Park, Sandton, 2024. Johannesburg.
The client will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
An order cancellation will have a fee of 20% of the order value unless payment has been received via EFT. This fee is to cover any administrative costs associated to the refund policies of the payment portals used on the Jimny Wild website.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Jimny Wild will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@jimnywild.co.za with photographic evidence of the damage or defective product and we will confirm arrange for the collection of the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Warranty Information
All products purchased from Jimny Wild are covered by the Product Manufacturer’s Warranty, and are governed by their individual warranty claim Terms and Conditions. We recommend that all products are fitted by a Qualified, Insured & Highly Experienced 4x4 Workshop. Recommended fitment centers can be recommend on request. Any modifications to your vehicle should be confirmed with your dealer in order to prevent any affect on the existing vehicle warranty. Jimny Wild does not take any responsibility for any vehicle warranty claims.
Warranty periods will begin from the time the product has shipped to the customer.
The Manufacturers Product Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective or faulty parts and does not include any costs incurred in labour for the removal or re-fitment of parts or damage incurred as a result of the product’s fitment.
